Welcome to the HELME HERO website. We are motorcycle helmet supplier that will provide a safety and stylish quality product to the end user. All our product is original made from the Malaysia Helmet Manufacturer with the Malaysia SIRIM approval.
HELME HERO reserves the right to modify and change any time without further notice. The Terms and Conditions stated are our copyright agreement. Any use of our platform and/or Terms and Conditions by third parties is not allowed and those who have misused is subjected to legal action.

Registration
To place an Order, you can either creating an account using your email address in this website. Please confirm that the information you filled in is accurate and true. To complete your order, you are required to follow the steps on the website. You will receive an Order Confirmation after you have made the payment.
Price and Payment
We, HELME HERO will make sure all the details, descriptions and pricing are accurate and always up to date. If we discover pricing issues in any products you have ordered, we will inform you by call or email as soon as possible to either reconfirm your Order or cancel it. The full amount of the cancelled order will be refunded to you.
All the prices of our Products are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged based on your total purchase amount. Delivery charges will be clearly stated before checkout and payment made.
Payment Methods
To complete your Order, you can pay using any of our payment partners MOBY PAYMENT GATEWAY on our Platform. If we do not receive the payment or payment is not completed, the order is considered incomplete, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All your bank cards or bank account data will be protected.
Submitted Mistaken Orders
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Platform, please contact [email protected] immediately. We will try our best to process your request.
Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to withdraw or add Products on this Platform at any time and/or remove or edit any content on this website. If there are any exceptional circumstances wherein, we may refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.
Delivery
We aim to deliver the Product to you in our standard delivery timeline within 7 working days. The delivery time will be indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. We shall notify you if we are unable to arrange for delivery. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by third party.
Cancellation on Non-Faulty Products

Return and Refund Policy on Faulty Products
Product image as seen on the Platform may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive due to capturing angle and brightness.
If you encounter any defects or issues with the product received, please email [email protected] or call +6010-451 8813. Providing your Order number, name and contact number, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. If the item is returned and is in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and refund.
